"An unexpected summer storm has rolled onto the Posian Islands, washing many deep-sea creatures up with it! The residents have been dutifully tying windswept decor back up--never ones to let a little thunderstorm stop the Celebration of Colors--but it is nonetheless a miserable experience for many. Still, those who brave the rain may find some vendors willing to part with (soaking wet) decor!"
