A firm, unyielding, wickedly smart, and proud rexal who lost his wife to a pirate attack, Terror has become synonymous with his name. Anger and grief swirling in his mind, he has devoted his life to eradicating pirates with no mercy - an action that eventually led to his dismissal from the Navy due to his refusal to follow orders. Fuelled by the haunting memory of seeing his loved one in blood, he had turned to exercise fear as a tool against those he faces, earning himself the nickname "The Copper Dread." While he spares no mercy to pirates, he is loyal to the Isles and has devoted his life to keeping it safe - a justification for his cruelty against his opponents. If blood must be shed to keep those who are left alive, then he shall drown the ocean itself in it. While he vocally disagrees with those who wish to take a passive approach to this goal, he still harbors respect toward them.

His crew, named the "Aeternālis Horror," follows him fiercely and with loyalty despite his rough training regime to keep them in battle-ready shape. Their name aims to strike fear in their enemies and consists of those who—like him—were unhappy with the bureaucracy of the Navy or lost family to the ever-present threat of pirates. He has connections to all corners of the known world, allowing him to have ears that hear all whispers.

He is secretive about his private life, and no one knows what he is up to except for one of his sons, Cormac. Behind closed doors, he forever mourns, surrounding himself with the paintings created by his wife to find a connection with her ever-fading memory as he reads to keep himself sharp as a knife. He is uncharacteristically docile when in this state, reminiscing of happier times - a faint reminder of who he was before vengeance was born inside him.
