Hey Jenndragon! I love the atmosphere in this piece, it feels so serene and you can tell it meant a lot to Roux to be able to nurse this bird back to health. I adore that Roux purpose is to help others ;;; Unfortunately it doesn't quite meet the intention of the prompt for "Path of Shadows—Darkness and Memory."

This quest is all about sharing some lore from the first few years of your Rexal's life. Roux here looks like an adult and seems very able to take care of himself. If you don't wish to edit this image, it may fit with a later prompt - depending on which route you take (or, a Crimson Cove scouting roll).

Do you have any recommendations for themes that would fit? I was lost for days before even getting this one ;o;

I might save it for later on, depending..

Hey there! Perhaps one of these will strike some inspiration?

  • Roux as a fresh hatchling.
    • Was he watched over by his parents, or perhaps they were busy toiling in the fields and a sibling took care of him instead.
    • Was he swaddled in intricately decorated blankets, or did his family make do with rags?
    • Maybe he had a very small family or a very large family.
  • Roux as a toddler.
    • Did he get along with other children? Was he a loner?
    • Did he live in a big city or in the country?
    • Was he well cared for or even at this young age did he have to fend for himself?
