Special Interactions

Some markings interact uniquely with Dyon, creating distinctive presentations when combined. Here's a list of these special markings.

Fisher's Blush

Dyon can have holes allowing Fisher's Blush to show through, however a portion of the Fisher's Blush marking must remain colour-pickable. It cannot be fully obscured by semi-transparent Dyon.

Arcane

When Arcane is present on a geno, you may choose Dyon as one of your affected markings! Arcane may show as many colors as you'd like on the face!

Atram

If you would like to use Dyon on a geno that has Atram, you are still allowed to use the black from the slider if you wish! You cannot, however, use the Atram color on the face should you choose to do so.

Dyon-Only Examples

Color Allowance

Dyon can utilise any number of colors from the allowed sliders, but an eye-ball sized area of each color should remain color-pickable.
Here is one example of black and white being blended too heavily and appearing grey, and one example of black being faded too heavily.. The original black and white colors on both of these examples are not color-pickable so this design would not be legal.

Restrictions

Dyon colors should draw from the basecoat's main and/or somber slider, and/or black, and/or white. It cannot draw from the arcane slider, but may draw from an adjacent slider.
Symbols should be natural and should not look like tattoos, paint or text.
Things like skulls can be implied, but should not be rendered or appear to be an item on the rexal.
Dyon cannot be used to shade or render the import or draw pictures.
