Blessing of Life
Overview
Whenever a rex finds themselves ready to go out to venture into the deeper unknown and do so successfully, they may claim the status of blessed. What this first adventure entails is different for each rex. Some may experience something mundane on their first true adventure, some others get into quite the danger!
All of these can be written or drawn, as long as they follow the rules.
Rules
Images - The minimum size is 500x500px - Backgrounds must be full color (greyscale allowed) and meet the 3 Planes OR Elements standard. - Rexals must be at least 150x150px, full colour (greyscale allowed), shaded and show 5 body sections.
Literature - The minimum word count for one Rexal is 700 words - Each additional player-owned Rex increases the minimum word count by +400. - Rexals should be present for the majority of the story. - The plot should center around the BoL prompt, for at least 70% of the piece. |

Location Specific: The Dome
All life is precious. At least that is what they say. Maybe you have pondered about this before, but now the time has come where you must decide if you truly follow these words or if you will actively stand against it. Someone that has done you wrong before has fallen into the river Cor and is unable to escape the currents. Will you jump in to help or will you close your eyes?
The river Cor, that runs through the heart of the Dome, is big enough to hold ships and boats and it may be difficult to get them out safely if you try. Keep this in mind!Whats your rexal's reaction to this situation! Will they help?
Times We Teach
One cannot interact with others without learning some life lessons; intentional or not, positive or negative.. The someone that was taught doesn't have to be another rex. It can be an animal, or even themselves if it ended in a habit... What have you taught someone in the past? Did you mean to do so?
Mistakes We Remember
Becoming the person you aim to be isn't easy. There are plenty of stumbling blocks along the way and mistakes to be made. However, those shape us and the path we walk. This is a memory prompt, which means it plays in your past.Is there a particular mistake that you don't want to recall?
The Surface
Location Specific: The Dome
The first time leaving the Dome and travelling to the surface can be scary, but it's a rite of passage for most rexals. There are ships on the surface that are ready to pick up those that travel to the surface. But perhaps, your rex ended up somewhere else?What was breathing the fresh air like for you?
Visible Memories
Scars and injuries are proof that we are alive. And yet, they hinder our everyday life, sometimes to a great extent. This is a great prompt to explain how your rex aquired certain scars or amputations.Which of your rex's injuries was the worst?
Tasks Of Everyday
Now that you've been living for a while, you find yourself having a fairly set schedule for your day. Most benefit from daily tasks. You don't have to depict all of the day. Simply show one thing your rex does every day.What does your daily schedule look like?
Wishes We Wished
When we are young, we all have a very certain plan for the future. That plan doesn't always go like we want it to and sometimes we end up somewhere entirely else.... This does not have to represent what is now. Show us what could have been!What were your rex's plans for the future when they were young? How does it contrast with their present?
Pirate Encounter

Those who make a life for themselves on the Posian Islands do so knowing they could face all sorts of dangers. One of these coming in the form of their delinquent neighbors: the pirates of Crimson Cove. Whether a naval officer, a merchant, a rexal with a strong sense of adventure, or just a common citizen, a confrontation with one of these pirates is not a trifle to be taken lightly. There are more ways to dissuade a pirate than bloodshed...What was your rexal's first pirate encounter like?

To live a life on the surface is to be faced with innumerable choices about the sort of life you lead. What brought you to the Posian Islands? Or perhaps, you took the different, more perilous path of joining a pirate crew…Depict your rex making a pivotal choice in their life.
