Hey! To apply a companion, you need that companion in your inventory. At the moment I do not see a Scouting Wolf Pup in your inventory! The charmed collar is an item that allows you make a custom design for your companion when you have them.

Oh shoot, I accidentally put it in my rex inventory uh, I can't seem to figure out how to move it out tho.
