Details:
With this artefact you are able imbue a Charmed Fabric, Charmed Pyxis, Charmed Detego Arca or Charmed Ribbon with magic, making them glow, float, or similar.
Alternatively, you are able to add small weather effects to an import, such as light snow falling, rain, fog or a breeze.

Can
- Be used in conjunction with wearable Charmed items to make them appear magical.
- Be combined with Charmed Detego Arca to make props float.
- Create minor weather effects.
- Show the magic as glowing auras, colorful smoke, runes, sparkles, etc.
Cannot
- Appear to be using the Rexal's own magic - effects must not match the halo color.
- Make anything grow out of your Rexal.
- Make a magic effect on its own - such as a fireball.
- Affect a Charmed Item without a visible magic effect.
