Remissus

Overview

Rex that have this marking are said to be good hunters. Where that belief came from no one can say anymore, especially because it's quite common...

Symmetry Rules

mostly

It can however be slighty assymetrical!

Rules

  • Remissus is an optional, low-gene free marking that won't appear in the geno.
  • It can only be applied to Rexals with 3 genes or less, and if used should be listed in the Free Marks Used section during design approval.
  • Remissus must be a solid marking with hard edges and cannot have holes.
  • Remissus follows regular white marking color rules. If in doubt we suggest color picking from the white swatch.
  • This marking must start from the middle line of the rex and spread outwards.

Remissus is a white marking that can appear on the underside of a Rexal. It is hard edged and should flow as one cohesive marking without holes or patches.

Remissus cannot have large protrusions or cut-ins.
Remissus cannot have edges that appear chewed or textured.
Remissus can be slightly asymmetrical and only cover a portion of the allowed area.

Remissus cannot have holes or unnaturally shaped edges.

Remissus cannot be a variation of the basecoat and must be chosen from the white slider.

Remissus is a free marking that doesn't appear on the genotype. Because of this it cannot become dominant and therefore has no dominant rules.
