Warren is an artistic marking that resembles a vibrant watercolor tattoo with an overlay of inky black sketches. This marking captures elements and scenes from the Rexalian world in a beautiful art form. It cannot depict scenes or items unfamiliar to a Rexal's environment. No cars and the like!
The first layer of Warren presents as a watercolor wash. It can contain as many colors as desired, creating a vibrant and captivating base. This layer should be bold, saturated, and striking enough to catch attention.
The second layer is an ink-like overlay that gives the marking its unique character. This layer consists of black, somewhat messy lines that can resemble anything from butterfly wings to inky sketches, reflecting the varied nature of Rexalia. The lines should appear hastily drawn, creating an appearance of quick paint strokes, ink splotches, and beautiful artistic messes.
The final touch to the Warren marking is an accent layer. This consists of gray shades strategically placed to accentuate certain parts of the inky layer. However, this gray accenting must be connected to the black inky lines somewhere and should not appear disconnected or floating independently. The combination of these layers results in a marking that looks like an elegant, vibrant, and slightly messy watercolor tattoo.
