The upper side of the Rex naturally darkens or lightens, a change that often goes unnoticed by others. However, some interpret this as a sign of good health.

Rules

  • Free Gradient is an optional, free marking that won't appear in the geno. 
  • It can be applied to any Rex and if used should be listed in the Free Marks Used section during design approval. 
  • You cannot erase from, or add to, the premade layer/png. You can only change the color.
  • It must sit directly on the base coat and will always be below every other marking.
  • You can only use the colors of the main portion of the slider of your base coat, which is specified in your geno.
  • You cannot use an adjascent slider for this marking!
  • If you use Free Gradient, you cannot do nuances on the base coat! It's only one or the other.

Boundaries

When applying Free Gradient, you will use the optional layer provided in the Import file. The only edit you are permitted to make are to change the color.
